Read the full interview in the link below.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rifauw.org\/\">Rainier Institute for Foreign Affairs<\/a> (RI) is a bipartisan, 501(c)(3) non-profit foreign policy research organization based in Seattle Washington. The RI has three areas of research: security &amp; diplomacy, human rights &amp; development, and business &amp; economics. In particular, the RI focuses on foreign policy on a subnational level that is underrepresented in the mission of major think tanks.
