Jackson School of International Studies PhD Capstone Workshop on 10 June 2019. Elena\u2019s presentation was titled, \u201cArctic \u2018creative diplomacy\u2019: Indigenous documentary films as an instrument for building international relations examining the works of IsumaTV (Canada) and Sakhafilm (Russia).\u201d Elena Bell is a first-year PhD student in International Studies.
