Fabbi, &#8220;Inuit foreign policy &amp; international relations in the Arctic.&#8221;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"elementToProof\"><i>The Handbook\u00a0<\/i>was edited<b>\u00a0<\/b>by Geir H\u00f8nneland, Research Professor, Andreas \u00d8sthagen, Research Director, Arctic and Ocean Politics, Fridtjof Nansen Institute and Svein Vigeland Rottem, Senior Research Fellow, Fridtjof Nansen Institute, Norway. This timely Handbook explores how the Arctic has become a focal point in international relations in a manner unseen since the Cold War.
