She is also a Research Associate with The Arctic Institute, a Top 100 Think Tank based in Washington, D.C. There, she manages the Institute&#8217;s flagship publication, The Arctic This Week, which is a weekly compilation of news and analysis focused\u00a0on the Arctic region.<\/p>\n<p>Caroline&#8217;s interests are vast, spanning rural development to comparative international intellectual property law.
