We are so grateful to Si\u00f4n for all he has done for the collection and on behalf of the Center during his tenure as our librarian. Join us in wishing him the best in his next endeavor!<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;<\/p>\n<p>Welcome to fall quarter! While some of you may be taking a few weeks off from your teaching and learning activities to rejuvenate, others will no doubt be using this time to prepare for fall quarter or catch up on research interests. Coverage for The Hill Times extends back to 1989 \u2013 and it\u2019s only available through the University Libraries!<\/p>\n<p>Theresa is well-poised to take on this role, having served as the University Libraries subject librarian for history (including Canadian history) for over 20 years. In addition, Theresa has collection development responsibilities for African Studies and the Libraries\u2019 Pacific Northwest collection. In 2008, Theresa was the first librarian to be awarded the Libraries\u2019 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lib.washington.edu\/dla\/nom\">Distinguished Librarian Award<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Know of a title that would make a good addition to our Canadian Studies collection?
