Marion Ferguson is the Program Manager for the Corbett International Exchange Program at the Canadian Studies Center. Marion hails from upstate New York and New England, where her grandfather’s Québécois family settled. She studied cultural anthropology at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland and the University of Massachusetts Boston, where she focused on global diasporas and Indigenous rights and cultural representation. She earned her Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Washington. Marion also spent a year living in Tampere, Finland as a Rotary exchange student. She is excited to bring her experiences studying and working abroad to further build the Corbett Exchange Program, and hopes to inspire students to grow their interest in the connections between Canada and the United States.
