Natalia Bochkareva, a University of the Arctic student from Yakutsk, Siberia (2010), is now studying in Bucaramanga, Colombia. She sends pictures from her journey there where she is studying with a project "Carbon neutral National Park Chicamocha", region Santander, Colombia.
