Suggested Reading on Race and Inclusion

These readings focus on race and inclusivity, as understood through different methodological and theoretical vantage points. Some examine racialized spaces and institutions – including the classroom and the academy – while others focus on ways of recognizing the mesh of power structures emanating from exclusionary practices. Their common emphasis is the axes of difference that shape and structure the spaces in which we live and learn.
