All applicants must meet the basic Graduate School requirements and Jackson School requirements.
Grad School Requirements
Jackson School Requirements
Applicants must also meet application requirements and deadlines set by the Jackson School and described in its application guidelines. Meeting minimum standards, however, does not ensure admission. The Comparative Religion faculty reserve the right to determine in each case whether an applicant has sufficient language preparation and background in the study of religion for acceptance into the program.
How to Apply
Application materials must be submitted both to the Jackson School (JSIS) and to the UW Graduate School. Jackson School materials must be sent by postal mail. Deadline for Autumn 2010 admission has been tentatively set at December 15, 2009. Please check back later in the summer for the confirmed deadline. Application for the Graduate School must be made electronically.
