Don't Just Stand There: Engage Students in Active Language Learning is a
workshop for community college language faculty.
Language games, activities, and quests are highly motivating to learners and
are fun for teachers too! Participants in this workshop will acquire a
toolbox of game and activity types for the foreign language classroom
ranging from pair and small group work games to whole-class virtual
experiences, all adaptable to a wide range of curricular material.

Stipends in the amount of $75.00 for participants' professional time will be available to all confirmed registrants. Parking will be free and complimentary lunch will be served.
