The Jackson School Office of Career Services is available to JSIS admitted majors, graduate students and alumni for individual advising appointments. We are happy to advise on the following topics:

• Job/internship search
• Targeted Resumes, CVs & Cover Letters*
• Mock interviews

To Make an Appointment (Current JSIS Students)

The Jackson School Office of Career Services is available either by individual appointment or via our specified drop-in hours.

Career Services Drop-in hours (Thomson 124):
Mondays 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
Thursdays 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Please note that appointments cannot be made less than 2hrs in advance.

*If this is your first time developing a resume or cover letter, we suggest attending one of the frequent UW Career Center's Resume & Cover Letter Workshops first to get the basics down before scheduling an individual appointment.
 

JSIS Alumni Career Advising

We offer our services to JSIS alumni as well, but to make priority for current students we ask that you schedule your advising appointment while school is not in session (Please see the UW Academic Calendar).
