The Jackson School offers eight interdisciplinary programs leading to a Master of Arts in International Studies (MAIS). All eight require study or competency in a foreign language; the focus of other course work is primarily in the social sciences and history. While faculty and resources are shared among JSIS programs, each has its own structure and requirements. Capsule descriptions follow.
